For what reason did you start? Pain in neck, shoulders, numbness in face, neck, feet and arms, dizziness, nausea, not being able to think clearly, loss of memory.
How many docs had you tried? 3+ physical therapy; another chiropractor; 4 medicines and vitamin supplements
What changes have you noticed? numbness gone except on rare occasions, which stops if I stop what I am doing. Pain less; dizziness has gone; able to focus; memory back to normal.
How have these changes improved your life? I can think clearly at work and focus and remember things. I can work in my yard again. I am happy again.
What surprised her most: Dr. Erica’s form of chiropractic treatment is different than any of the other chiropractors I have tried and she gives more immediate and lasting results.

If you have pain, visit a chiro, especially this one. It’s the only one that’s helped me.
What surprised him most: fast improvement

No more pain; body temperature normal; I was always cold.
What surprised her most: The new method used by Dr. Erica is very different from my former chiropractor.

I have had chronic low back pain since my early 20’s due to an active lifestyle--weight train, baseball, softball, skiing, tennis, etc. Several cortisone injections, two physical therapy sessions and other prescription medication provided temporary relief. I have been attending chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Erica for 8 months and will continue with the procedure. My use of ibuprofen is no longer needed and my back and range of motion is the best it has been for at least 15 years. At 52, I look forward to a continued active lifestyle—skiing and playing softball into my 70’s. I strongly recommend the chiropractic procedure initiated by Dr. Erica.

The workshop at Atlas Chiropractic provided me with information to acquire a much better (quality) sleep. Why this information hasn’t come my way in the 30+ years I’ve been using a chiropractor is puzzling since it is basic common sense which is demonstrated, and tried by oneself at the workshop. The fact that most people sleep 5-9 hours each night makes this golden advice for me at least. Secondly, I received workshop advice on how the proper foot alignment would benefit, maximize my musculo-skeletal system for standing (which I do a lot of as a pharmacist) and walking. The 3rd area, which people may have less control over, is proper sitting.

Starting as a true skeptic I find the results of the treatments provided by Dr. Erica fascinating. Who would have though adjusting your spine would fix a chronic shoulder injury and pain?! While I understood that my neck was stiff and had limited movement, I guess I just had forgotten that you should be able to turn your head from side to side and tilt it up and down without pain. And as an added bonus those pesky headaches are almost gone! Things aren’t 100% yet, but I’m confident that I’m on my way to feeling better and living a healthier, more active lifestyle. |
