Reduced low back pain, better posture, less stress; I can land jumps more consistently in ice skating and have learned a new one. Try it. It’s a lot less risky than it sounds.

About 4 months ago there was not much that I felt I could do because of my back pain. As a 15-year-old, it made sports and any other activities so hard. Climbing up just one flight of stairs would sometimes just make me want to cry. Working out was hardly an option and so was going to amusement parks over summer. Now I can climb flights of stairs and go on runs (3miles) about every other day. It used to take me hours to fall asleep because all I could think about was the pain. Now falling asleep is no problem.
