Improvements: A great deal of change! i.e. more energy/body moves
better/feel like getting more done and more energetic/can even sleep better. Now I am able to do more than I could and have a more positive outlook on life. Yea! You have no idea how good you can feel till you try Dr. Erica.

I got into a car accident and my neck and head was hurting. I used to live off of Aleve. My headaches started going away little by little and now after 3 months - I have a slight headache maybe once every 2-3 weeks. I’m a much more pleasant person to be around. I can function now to the best of my ability both at home and at work. You must go - even if you don’t think something is wrong. Also - every session I come - I learn so much from Dr. Erica.
