It’s been known since 1936 in a report made to the US Congress that our soils are depleted of necessary minerals. Without supplementation of the range of minerals, people will have deficiencies. Minerals are usually necessary co-factors for making chemical reactions happen in our bodies. If there is a deficiency, then many reactions may happen too slowly to be effective or not happen at all. Vibe liquid minerals are soluble, which means they are already dissolved in solution. They are NOT colloidal minerals. Colloids are merely hunks of something suspended in liquid. Colloids are not necessarily useful to the body and can actually be harmful.
